Trauma therapy, couple therapy and family therapy for queers and weirdos.

I’m just a human, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills to help people see their power, like themselves more and understand their place in the order of things, even if those things are challenging or oppressive.

About Tiffany

I grew up on a farm and my first playmate was the wind. I would sing and dance with her and imagine that she was bringing me messages and songs from people all around the world.

This world can be unfeeling and lack a love of the mystical, the imagination, the love of nature.

It took me too many years to get back to singing and dancing with the wind.

In this season of my life and my career I am incredibly interested in supporting people to see the wonder and beauty in who they are. I am interested in working with the weirdos and the witches and the healers; the neurospicy humans, the queer humans, BIPOC people, disabled people and the people who know oppression in their bones and aren't willing to have it live there any longer. I spend time working to understand how oppressive systems show up in bodies, in stories, in choices, in limiting beliefs and then work to bring awareness, hope, and self and community love in it’s place.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in the province of Ontario and have a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph as well as an Undergraduate Degree in Sexuality, Marriage and Family Studies. I have worked in the mental health sector with children and adults of all ages dealing with a number of issues including attachment, trauma, couple and family relationship difficulties and a number of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder.

My clients tell me that I am non-judgemental and that they appreciate how 'real' I am. I am a queer neurospicy single mother (widow) of two. I am a cis-woman with experience with an invisible disability.

I am a happy to see people online on Monday/Wednesday and in person Thursday evenings (in Fergus). My fee is $240/hour.
